ALL REAR AMBIENT LIGHTING KIT - FOCUS MK4/4.5
This dedicated DIY kit extends existing footwell ambient lights into the rear seats and rear doors (handles and pockets) in the Ford Focus MK4. This set perfectly complements the atmospheric interior lighting, offering a better driving journey for the passengers in the rear seats.
The presented conception works for automatic and manual gearboxes and is compatible with hatchback, combi, and sedan versions. The plug-and-play installation method allows for non-invasive mounting (without quick connects, soldering, etc.). The rear footwell lamps are connected by dedicated harness wire and installed under the seats using holders printed in 3D technology. The handles are replaced with the new original with already installed ambient lights. The pocket lights are extended from the handles and installed in the door card.
The set is offered in two variants:
Variant A - single-color in original ice-blue shade compatibility with all Focus with originally installed such single-color ambient light system (the upgrade from a single system to multicolor is not possible)
Variant B - multicolor compatibility with Vignale and ST models, which originally installed the front footwell multi-color lighting system.
Variant A includes:
- 2x the rear handles (with preinstalled ambient lights - ice-blue)
- 2x the rear pocket lamps (ice-blue)
- 2x the rear footwell ambient light set (ice-blue)
- all necessary harness wires
- disassembling tools
Variant B includes:
- 2x the rear handles (with preinstalled ambient lights - multicolor)
- 2x the rear pocket lamps - multicolor
- 2x the rear footwell ambient multicolor light set
- all necessary harness wires
- disassembling tools
The wires in variant B must be pulled from the cab to the door through the rubber connector to be connected and steered from SYNC. Thanks to the nylon pulling wire, this installation part is relatively easy.
